Tickets for Isla at Garter Lane are selling fast!

Heading to Garter Lane Theatre, Waterford following this evening’s final show at The Civic Theatre, Dublin is Tim Price’s dark comedy Isla. A collaboration between Verdant Productions, Four Rivers and The Civic Theatre, the Irish premier of the play has received a great reception at The Civic and it has been one of the highlights of this year’s Dublin Theatre Festival. The play, featuring Mark Lambert, Tina Kellegher and Sarah Madigan, and directed by Davey Kelleher, deals with the unexpected relationship between man and technology without really establishing who is in control. Thought-provoking and emotionally-charged, it delves into the complex themes of loss, resilience and the human capacity for hope in the face of adversity.
